Travel Information
When making your travel arrangements, you should plan to arrive on Thursday, October 9th, and depart on Sunday, October 12th. Hotel check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Air Transportation
You can book your flight into one of the following airports:
John Wayne Airport — Orange County (SNA) is approximately 35 minutes from the resort.
Long Beach Airport (LBA) is approximately 60 minutes from the resort.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 70 minutes from the resort.
Ground Transportation
Car rental, rideshare (Uber and Lyft services), and taxi services are readily available at the airport as well as at the resort. If you choose to rent a car, please note that valet parking is $50 per car, per night.
If you prefer a private transfer, you can contact the resort at (949) 234-3262 to arrange car service.
What to Pack
The recommended dress code for the weekend is “Resort Casual,” which combines relaxed yet polished attire. In October, daytime temperatures are in the high 70s and can dip to the low-60s in the evenings. Please note that most of our group meals will be enjoyed outside, so we ask that you please pack accordingly.
